Data Breach Notification: In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to give rise to a real risk of serious harm to affected players, jl100 will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay in accordance with its obligations under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Where jl100 is required to retain data for anti-money laundering purposes under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines and its amendments, transaction records and KYC documentation are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the relevant transaction or account closure, whichever is later.
Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, jl100 securely deletes or anonymises personal data such that it can no longer be attributed to an identifiable individual. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained beyond these periods for analytics and platform improvement purposes, as it no longer constitutes personal data under RA 10173.

The jl100 Platform is not directed at, intended for, or accessible to individuals under the age of 21. jl100 does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from persons under 21 years of age. The 21+ minimum age requirement for participation in real-money gambling on jl100 is enforced through identity verification at the account registration and KYC stages.
If jl100 becomes aware that personal data has been submitted by or collected from a person under 21, that account will be closed immediately, all personal data associated with the account will be deleted, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method.
