Completed KYC identity verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawal requests. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will have withdrawal processing suspended until the required documents are reviewed and approved by jl100's compliance team.
jl100 targets same-day processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals submitted by verified accounts before 8:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PHT) for amounts not exceeding ₱50,000. Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within one Philippine business day. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional security review and processed within up to 72 hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount at jl100 is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance meets or exceeds the minimum.

Bonus funds credited to a jl100 account are not directly withdrawable.
